About Streams in the Valley Counseling
Life is full of seasons—some joyful, some heavy, and some uncertain. At Streams in the Valley Counseling, we offer a safe, compassionate space to explore your stories, strengthen your faith, and find clarity in the midst of change. Led by Jennifer Hicks, LPC, with over 25 years of experience, our practice provides Christian counseling rooted in grace, wisdom, and truth.
Streams in the Valley Counseling is also a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. This means our mission is not driven by profit, but by service — providing Christ-centered counseling and support to individuals, families, and ministry leaders across Texas. We accept donations and every contribution helps make counseling more accessible in our community and is tax-deductible under current IRS guidelines. Streams in the Valley Counseling is stewarded by a dedicated board of directors, introduced below.
